"Logon Error: Invalid Logon attempt"

Every time I try to log in to that hateful program it gives me that error. I tried with my old account, then created a new account, neither of which work.

I seem to recall always having difficulty with the program, any ideas? The forum for BHQ is even quieter than this one.

have you tired re installing?

Yeah, have reinstalled and on multiple machines, get the same error every time.
