Ok, so I started this ages ago and got bored and left it in a USB. I recently found it and pulled it back up and decided it was time to update the file. I'll try to see if I can post it here. Let me know what you think. When I get a chance I'll modify it with any suggestions and then upload the units so that anybody can use them. The file has roughly 300 units in all.

You seem to have included non-default units in the unit stats list.

I've used all the units that I have downloaded from various places.

I did some playtesting against the computer this weekend. Overall I'm happy with it. Unit costs seem to me to be more balanced and I have a slighlty lower upkeep because I always seem to have just a little more money on hand than I did with the original units. I might adjust up the upkeep a bit.

Using some of my excel FU I've been splitting unit off by categories for better comparison. I seperated out all the Golem units and made some small alterations such as all of them having nearly the same movement and better increases from one type to the next like Hay to Clay to Stone to Iron. I also did the same for siege units, giants and many of the STR 7 and 8 units. I retuned the ships to their original costs because the new costs were mucking up the army selection some.

What I need is someone that can post the excel spreadsheet and the new units for download.....any takers?


I also have a formula sheet on how the costs are calculated.

I'll playtest some night during the week and make any changes and should have everything ready for this weekend.
