There are two editors for Warlords 1. The firs one is WLEDIT (Warlords Terrain Editor) made by William Winton:



This is very powerful editor. With this tool you can create complete Warlords scenarios for Warlords v 2.XX. I tried with Warlords v 2.10 and it worked.

There is another editor called WLED. It was created by Andrey Volkov in 1991:



Unfortunately, WLED supports only versions 1.XX. There were a lot of changes in 2.00 and maps created in WLED are not playable in 2.XX.

I decided to capture the downloads in case your site ever goes off line again. I found the following issues:

1) Monica Map is a 404 error
2) England, Europe, Greece, Rome and USA maps aren't in archive format so it opens them in Hex in the browser.

Jeez, Tim. I thought you are old enough to remember ARJ. I don't want to repack them because they were packed by the original authors like... 25 years ago. Preserving history.

Just right click on the link and select "save as". It works in Firefox. I don't know anything about chrome though (because it's terrible).
